Daisy's Sacred Grove: A New Beginning

WELCOME to our peaceful, consecrated grove. Yes, it's official: Dessicated Coconut now has its own community blog. A place for insane, foaming jeremiads; bloated rants; sharp invective; babble; and polemic.

Or, a place to write down grocery lists and gush about pet hamsters.

Or, a doodle pad. \\@//

Or, a place to post minimalist entries of pure blank space.

So many possibilities. I'm getting teary-eyed just thinking about it.

Thanks for this site! My experience in discovering David was very similar to yours. I'm so glad I did, for I truly think he is one of the great actors (having seen most of his work by now.) The variety of his performances is truly astounding (from Father Damien to Luke in "Dust" to Carl in "Van Helsing" to Johnny Spit.) I'm waiting for the world to take greater notice of his wonderful talent. (The extended edition of ROTK should help!)

Thanks, dwfan! It's always great to meet others who've noticed David's phenomenal talent. He's so underappreciated. I too am hoping that the ROTK extended edition will expose him to a wider audience, and gain him more converts. He's definitely poised for international success, if he wants it.
